How’s the drive?

The Nemacolin property is in Farmington, PA—about three hours by car from DC and five hours from Philadelphia. If you’d like to find a carpool buddy, please make note in the RSVP form. We’ll work our magic in the background to get you connected.

What if I need to arrive late or leave early?

We'll take any time we can get together! Please note any specifics, if you have them, in the RSVP form.

Can I bring my partner or spouse?

We’d normally say the more the merrier, but we’d like to keep this focused on YOU! Therefore, we ask that you not bring along any extra guests.

What should I bring with me?

Keep in mind that the weather conditions can change quickly in the mountains—layers are your friend. See below for recommendations based on your activities.

• Golf: Bring your own clubs, or rent from the Pro Shop—your choice! If you’d prefer to rent, please note your preferences in the RSVP form.​

• Pool: Swimming outside in May? You bet! The Nemacolin property has several heated outdoor pools, including one at Falling Rock. There is also an indoor pool, sauna and whirlpool at the Woodlands Spa. Bring your suit if you’re up for it!​

• Flyfishing: All gear will be provided by the outfitter.

• Whitewater Rafting: We recommend wearing clothing and footwear that will get wet, and all other gear will be provided, including a dry bag, life jacket and helmet. ​

• Evening Attire: Cocktail hours and dinners will be hosted in venues within the resort, which recommends “resort casual” attire. Get a vibe check on the Nemacolin website.

Will there be butler service at Falling Rock?

Funny you should ask, yes! In their own words, “At Nemacolin, no request is too outrageous. Is the golf for serious golfers only?

No way. If you have the slightest interest, go for it! If you’d prefer to participate in a golf clinic instead of a full round, please select "Golf Clinic" in your RSVP. Check out the courses and Golf Academy here.
